To cancel, change, or reschedule your booking email us at teambuilding@conundroom.us. All ticket/event cancellations and reschedules must be done via email.

Cancellation:

• A non-refundable deposit of 25% is applied to all corporate/private events.

• You can get a full refund (minus non-refundable deposit) if you send us an email cancellation notice more than 48 hours before the start of your game.

• If you cancel less than 48 hours in advance, you can get full credit voucher for future use (credit does not expire and can be applied to any escape room). There is no refund if you cancel less than 48 hours in advance.

• No refund or credit for a no-show.

• No refunds for rescheduled bookings, credit only.
  

Unused tickets:

• If you have players that can not participate in the game, you can get a full refund for up to 2 players if you notify us more than 24 hours before the start of your game.

• You can get credit for up to 2 players if you notify us less than 24 hours in advance (credit does not expire and can be applied to any escape room).

Rescheduling:

• We will be happy to reschedule your booking if you notify us more than 24 hours in advance. 

• We are unable to reschedule you after your booking has passed. 

• You will receive no refund for a rescheduled booking. Credit only.

You are welcome to bring a covered/bottled drink with you inside an escape room. No open cups. 

We currently don’t have a space or party room for post-game food or drinks at our escape rooms. However, there are plenty of great restaurants within walking distance, or you can combine your event with our axe throwing at Pacific Axes in Redmond, where we have a catering area and drinks available at the counter. Reach out to us to learn more!

Depending on your headcount, your team will either all play the same escape room together or be split into multiple teams across different rooms, since each escape room has a limited capacity.

A standard event with one round of escape rooms lasts 60-75 minutes including the game and introduction at the start/debriefing at the end. The game itself is 60 minutes, though teams may finish slightly sooner or later. We’re happy to give a little extra time if your team is close to completing the final puzzle, so everyone leaves with a sense of accomplishment!

If you’d like a longer experience, we can arrange two or three rounds of escape rooms, or even combine your event with axe throwing at Pacific Axes in Redmond for even more team building fun!

Please arrive 5-10 minutes before the start of your game to make sure all your team members are on time, you can get organized and receive instructions from the game master.
